For company that wants to start in this sector, I suggest the 45 tons or the 63 tons for every type of wrinkle containers, without expensive investments.If in the future you want produce smoothwall or pet food containers, we suggest the 80 tons complete line.
The machine working conditions are independent from the type of moulds.
We have from 60 to 80 strokes per minute in every press: it means that if we have a single cavity mould and machine is working with 80 strokes/min, we will have eighty aluminium foil food containers every minute.If we have a two cavity moulds, we will have one hundred sixty of aluminium foil food containers in a minute. If we have a three cavity moulds, we will have two hundred forty of aluminium foil food containers every minute etc...The number of strokes in a minute depends on the height of aluminium foil food containers that you want to produce.

STANDARD MOULD / DIES  

Alufoil, a world renowed expert in the manufacture of Aluminium  Foil Containers Die / Mould/ Tools has developed its own systems of manufacturing Round or whether Rectangular, large or small round, multiple – out dies to single – out large shape configurations. These dies and tools can run well in excess of 60 to 70 per minute.
