ALUFOIL
was started in 1997 for manufacturers of aluminium foil
products. The company has its factory at Forehore Road, Shibpur, Howrah. ALUFOIL has wet
and dry lamination capacity of about 100 tones
a month. Besides lamination of paper/board
and foil, Alufoil we laminate Aluminium with poly as well as triple laminates. Our
capacity for this is also above 100 tones per month.
DESIGN STUDIO
We have fully computerized
design studio for developing artwork
& positives with latest software like Adobe
Photoshop 7, Cole Draw 10.0 etc. and periodical skills by attending exhibition and
seminars in Düsseldorf, Singapore etc. for upgrading software, processes and equipment.
CYLINDER PLANT
We have in-house for making
cylinder their-by reducing the total time taken for product ionizing a new design.
PRINTING
We have two colour rotogravure
machine for printing on foil or paper.
LAMINTAION
We have both wet and dry
lamination capacity. Lamination and other processing
is done on dust free eco-friendly work environment
to ensure hygiene standards essentials for pharmaceutical industry.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
At Alufoil quality is built at
different stage of raw material inputs processing and finished goods packing to ensure
meeting customer needs.
HUMAN RESOURCES
Alufoil has
experienced
managerial personnel in production and quality control to constantly monitor production
